Pokemon character ref: Ray

You already know this one from adriaxwolf.deviantart.com/art/…
But this is my 1st time drawing him as Pikachu AND I love it! <3
I always get a Pikachu in a Pokemon game and make him/her a Raichu
And for a long time, Pikachu (not Ray another one I got in PokeMMO) was a real pain in da ass T.T

Anyways, BIO:
After the very moment Ray was caught he shown great potencional and fury for battle. Since his master wasn't really "grass-type lover" she used electric pokemon for fly and water type opponents. That made Ray level up really quickly. Though the first big challenge was gym leader Misty. First try failed after her Staryu used water pulse. Having only Charmeleon and pidgy left on her team, Kateshi (his master = ME) was defeated. That broke Ray... it was his very first defeat. From that point on he trained even harder. The next day Ray faced his enemy again. He got pass Staryu but next was Starmie who learned the same attack: Water pulse. It was really close but Ray was victorious. He and his master became closer and Kateshi knew she could rely on her energetic friend anytime. 
After Ray evolved into a Raichu, he was unstoppable. Even the elite 5 was a piece of cake for him, despite the fact he fainted and didn't make it to the final round, he did a great job and Kateshi gave him great credit for the victory.
